About WiBands

WIBands was formed in 2004 by Jeffrey Powers, A.K.A. Animalien. The goal of the project is to bring musicians and bands together to talk about and share stories and Information about Wisconsin Music. Music in Wisconsin is big. With multiple bands playing a lot of great venues around the state, there are literally thousands of people that are involved in Wisconsin music.

WIBands is also a resource for all musicians - whether it be viewing the multiple bands up on the Band page, contacting the clubs through the Venue page, or just talking about your favorite guitar on the Forum. This website will dedicate itself to all Wisconsin Musicians, and those who play or support Wisconsin music.
