Pawn Shops, where are they ??

anyone know a good pawn shop ? again i am in need of money but do not want to seel anymore guitars, but the black strat may have to go, but id like to see what i could get for pawn, ya know, get some cash, they hold it & i come back & pay it off..... any in Madison ? Watertown ?

If it's a $500 guitar, expect to pawn it for about $75 to $100 tops.
Don't be too surprised if they offer you $80 for an American Strat.
They call themselves Loan Companies, but they make a lot of money off super-high return on their stock.

I had to pawn my 1954 Gibson ES-150 once (years ago) - I got $200 for it & I had to argue for it probably 20 minutes.
I also paid it off in one week - partly by selling some blood - no way I was going to risk losing that guitar for $200!
I make new blood all day every day, but guitars like that come along once in your life.
