Come on out and enjoy a day of music and fun while you help out a truly deserving guy and his family.
For those of you who haven't heard, Pat Peterson of Pipe Circus, Avengers Assemble and Sector 3 recently had surgery for brain cancer.
Pat has donated more time & talent to charity than anyone I know & it's now time for the Wisconsin music community to help him & his family.
I'll be filling in for him (some damn big shoes to fill) for the next couple months at several AA and S3 gigs while Pat goes through his post surgical treatments.
Anyone who's been touched by cancer in their lives knows what that entails and it'll be a tough end to 2009 for the Petersons.
Since Pat's primary source of income has been performing and teaching music, he will now have no source of income until after January 1st - at the very earliest.
We can't help with Pat's recovery, but we can help him and his family weather the storm for a while.
